i am trying to use hashing upload with progress bar in Windows Server 2008 with IIS 7.
It's working... hashing and upload, but i can't show the progress bar.
I also try deploying the sample dotnet/app and it doesn't work, i can't see progress bar on IE, chrome...
i download neatupload 1.3.5
Thanks for your work
I mounted a web application in dir \NeatUpload-1.3.19\dotnet\app, i check everything, and it's by default as you propose, i also try to using a Classic .NET AppPool, but i have the same result, i can't see progress bar
I have it in the IIS7 log, but i can't understand:
If i choose "inline" it doesn't show anything, if i choose "popup" it open a new form with upload status, but not advancing,
and when finish upload it shows ... "Complete, speed, it tooks ...", and close
I have IE8 security to low level too
Hope this help
There is probably something (e.g. a firewall or virus scanner) between the browser and your webapp that is reading the entire upload and then passing it to the app as one big chunk very quickly. That would cause the behaviour you are describing.
