HTTP Error 404.13 - Not Found

Yasmine
I'm running IIS 7 on windows vista and when I try to upload a 50 MB file I get the following error:

HTTP Error 404.13 - Not Found
The request filtering module is configured to deny a request that exceeds the request content length.

I've configured the maximum request length to be 100 MB, here's how the web.config looks like:

<neatUpload useHttpModule="false" maxNormalRequestLength="4096" maxRequestLength="102400" defaultStorageProvider="FilesystemUploadStorageProvider" defaultStateStoreProvider="InProcUploadStateStoreProvider" xmlns="http://www.brettle.com/neatupload/config/2008">
        <providers>
            <add name="FilesystemUploadStorageProvider" type="Brettle.Web.NeatUpload.FilesystemUploadStorageProvider, Brettle.Web.NeatUpload"/>
            <add name="InProcUploadStateStoreProvider" type="Brettle.Web.NeatUpload.InProcUploadStateStoreProvider, Brettle.Web.NeatUpload"/>
        </providers>
    </neatUpload>
    <location path="releases.aspx">
        <system.web>
            <httpRuntime maxRequestLength="102400" executionTimeout="1800"/>
        </system.web>
        <neatUpload useHttpModule="true" xmlns="http://www.brettle.com/neatupload/config/2008"/>
    </location>
    <location path="tracks.aspx">
        <system.web>
            <httpRuntime maxRequestLength="102400" executionTimeout="1800"/>
        </system.web>
        <neatUpload useHttpModule="true" xmlns="http://www.brettle.com/neatupload/config/2008"/>
    </location>
--------------------
<system.webServer>
<security>
      <requestFiltering>
        <requestLimits maxAllowedContentLength ="102400" />
      </requestFiltering>
    </security>
</system.webServer>

Is there something wrong with the configuration?

I found the problem, the maxAllowedContentLength should be in bytes and not kb like the maxrequestLength
