In NeatUpload/Progress.aspx, change <head> to <head runat="server">.

i found the problem.
i put theme="" in progress.aspx and it worked!.
if we didnt put like this the page will try to load  default theme from the theme directory and which will cause the above error.

also <head runat="server"> will  work and which will load the applications default theme.

I apply de theme="" but my css don't visible. My Menu too don't visible.
Help me please.
